None unless you like to be lied to, micro managed, talked down too and belittled all the time, sit in a filthy unprofessional office the size of a closet and never told a straight answer about anything while competing to close deals with the CEO and his side kicks

Where do I start. Allow me to begin with the 3-5 interviews you go through with the CEO and his only employee that has been there the longest. They tell you how great the company is and how everyone in Richmond wants to work there and it is so easy to place candidates and they have the best method in VA in doing so and Capital Techsearch is the best firm..blah..blah..blah There is nothing good about this place. It is toxic and full of lies. The CEO who is so narcissistic doesn't even realize how many companies he has burned or let down in Richmond and why should he when he is convinced that he is the best in Virginia and Richmond. Do NOT listen to or trust anything they tell you. They are quick to talk trash about everyone in town including their Clients,which is sad and then wonder why they keep losing to competition. The office is disgusting and has junk everywhere. How many meetings have you been in where the person hosting (CEO) props his leg up on the conference table and drops the F-bomb. There is no loyalty , to many secrets and their "Method" of recruiting they are convinced is the best and greatest thing out there-is a joke. At the end of the day it is a glorified call center. STAY FAR AWAY Comp plan is below par and the numbers they present are unrealistic
