Some nice people working here and the Tech Director is nice trying to lead a good morale and he sends out email that help the team to keep going... pretty much.

Some very competitive junior but lazy people at the same time...! Very high staff turnover 10 staffs have left within the same team in 4 months!
Not processes driven and you can download/install anything from the internet without QA or UAT testing before production at any clients' computers. Some weird clients who are not very professional and will ask for more than what you came to do and even if you do 10 things when only 2 were requested on the ticket. They're still not happy because the customers' expectations are not always easily manageable because the company expect you to deliver everything even if they hadn't train, give core informative communication re the requests or the tools to perform the role properly and occasions get stuck at clients' site screaming and acting stupid because i was just trying to do my job but they expected something i didn't have on me at the time for example which is not the client's fault.
