New building in a great, growing, part of town. Wonderful people to work with and small company feel.

None really. There are some growing pains due to strong growth, but the company is working to improve that and given the alternative, I'd rather be at a company with strong growth that treats the employees well.

Smaller size business, good coworkers, and decent pay

Executive level siloed, mid appreciation given (the appreciation is too structured to seem sincere. Always given same time for same things), buggy software with IT that works at snail pace.
