Pros

1. Salary is credited on time. 2. My first two years with the company were positive, with a supportive work environment and good learning opportunities.

Cons

1. Over time, the work culture became increasingly challenging due to frequent management changes and experiments with processes. 2. Job security felt uncertain, which created unnecessary stress for employees. 3. There were limited opportunities for technical learning, skill development, or career growth. 4. HR appeared to have limited decision-making authority, with many employee-related decisions being handled by project management instead. 5. Promotions and recognition did not always seem to be based on technical expertise or performance, which affected employee motivation. 6. There was no clear or transparent employee appraisal and increment policy. In my case, I did not receive an increment for the last 2.6 years despite my continued contributions. 7. There were no well-defined professional work policies, and employees often felt that their concerns were not addressed effectively. 8. Employee engagement and refreshment activities were minimal, which impacted overall workplace morale. I worked at Capital Numbers for more than five years. While my initial experience was positive, the overall work environment changed significantly over time. In my opinion, the company should focus more on transparent policies, employee development, technical growth, fair performance evaluations, and a healthier work culture. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend the company to professionals looking for long-term career growth.

Pros

When starting to talk of CapitalNumbers, I have had flashbacks of the very first day at Capital Numbers when I had arrived for my interview. It had taken almost a full day to complete and HR team helped a lot to make sufficient arrangements as much as they could. However, during my interview rounds, a sudden mishap occurred in my family. The HR team, whom I had been in contact with, had been very understanding in such situations. However, later I could comprehend that this is the general behavioural perspective in CapitalNumbers. People here, perhaps due to the culture of CapitalNumbers, tend to quickly comprehend the situation and respond accordingly always trying to help the person in need. This culture and behaviour I have experienced across the company. I have been in this company with a little over 2 years now and yet when talking of the work culture and projects, I have been guided by people who are very senior as well as by PM(s) in my team. Talking of PMs, probably no "wordings of thanks" would be enough to appreciate their help and guidance. Further, I have been helped along the way by tech-leads, my team-members, co-developers, the system team, the Accounts team and last but not least the HR team. It looks as if we all are part of CapitalNumbers family fulfilling our little tasks towards a bigger family objective. Probably, it is due to this culture, the work-environment, the guidance and help that I believe people in CapitalNumbers are achieving what they would like to achieve. It is true that no road is without undulations, however, looking at the bigger picture at the end of the day, probably we can arrive at some conclusions. Overall, my 2+ years in CapitalNumbers have been very helpful and rewarding, thanks to all who have helped me along. Imbibing the culture and ideology of CapitalNumbers, hopefully, I will be able to live up to the ideals moving forward.

Cons

Not much of "Cons", that we do come across. Think people in CN would also have the same view.
