Tasks are not assigned on time which can make you work beyond your log out time. Work pressure is a lot to handle I do not understand their behaviour. Are they having a hard time? Are they being punished? Or what? They behave so unprofessional and rude. Do not expect any help from them. You have to figure out everything on your own. See… many content writing companies demand 3000 words on a daily basis. That isnt the issue. But you cannot thrive in a company that is unprofessional and do not have any manners to talk. They are allergic to being humble, i guess. Even the HR has attitude. I mean the whole company is stupid and arrogant. If you can compromise with your self esteem, mental peace, work life balance go ahead and join this company.
