      Competitive pay (though not the highest). Nice perks like an end of year “Success Bonus”, a turkey for the holidays, free access to CE Direct for nurses, certification pay and vouchers/reimbursement for initial certification.

      Cons

      Parking. Preceptor and charge nurse pay is low.
