Used to be the people, the environment, and core values. Great "diversity and inclusion" and programs to give back to the community.
Cons
Directors are the weakest link in the organization, specifically in the shareholder services department. Directors are incapable of fairly assessing performance or building high performing teams. This fact is supported by the recent low engagement scores and comments. Performance is NOT consistently assessed or managed fairly within a site, let alone across sites. Layoffs Lack of trust
