Pros
The benefits and stability are still the strong points for working at Capital Group. There aren't many companies out there that can rival the generous benefits/compensation package and company stability that are provided to their employees.
Cons
Senior managment lacks both leadership and strategic direction. Certain divisions are paralyzed by the organization's cultural impacts such as accomodating unproductive or dysfunctional employees. Employees are conflicted by not having a career path and the strong benefits/comp. Executive management is slow to address internal growth and advancement at the team level although they are important to the overall business enterprise. Understandable challenges since the core business is not technology focused.
