Pros
Capital has a decent work life balance. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and everyone's input is valued. Capital Group provides excellent benefits. The work environment is very positive and the facilities themselves are great.
Cons
Management takes FOREVER to make a decision. There are way too many long time employees that contribute nothing of value to the company. Management is not the brightest. Some of the decisions that are made certainly leave you scratching your head. There is an unnecessarily high level of secrecy around a lot of communicatons. The pay compared to other similar jobs in the industry is not up to par.
