Pros
the Capital Group the baseline salary is often just below the market, however the total compensation / benefits package more than makes up for it. The employees hired by The Capital Group are the most intelligent group of people I have ever worked with. It also seems that employees truly like one another. Negativity is frowned up and bullsh*tters are quickly shown the door.
Cons
Decision by committee is the norm in the Capital Group work environment. While the end result is a greater sense of buy in from those affected, it also results in reactive posture as opposed to being proactive.
