Pros
A really work environment. Capital is financially healthy (understatement), and cares for its people as much as it does its clients and its shareholders. It pays a lot of attention to the quality of people it hires and promotes. Promotes employee well being.
Cons
Decision making can take a long time. Career opportunities outside of Los Angeles are less obvious, especially when you are not in the investment group. Overall the cons are much less than the pros.
