High turnover. Very toxic workplace for women. Inappropriate conduct of leadership and any reported behavior ends in terminator for the reporter. Leadership bad mouths other employees and outside companies. Falsifies numbers/reporting for better stats. Expects you to work 50+ hours weekly. No community amongst employees or members. Bro/frat culture to a terrifying degree. Direct retaliation to a new employer if attempting to leave.
