      Flexibility. With a good set of Contractors the Job is fairly easy.

      Cons

      Hour's vary drastically even day to day. Upper management is a mess. Extremely Top heavy organization.

      Pros

      Other contractors are generally good people

      Cons

      Top heavy company, poor pay, high fees, they micro manage their contractors, they find a new way to cut contract pay yearly, the warehouse managers are most incompetent but will work for less than the going rate elsewhere, HR/compliance is a complete joke.
