      Pros

      Friendly staff, kind of a 'family' feel with those on your shift. Manager worked hard to accommodate everyone's schedule.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't as great as other area hospitals. But, that's to be expected at a "for profit" medical center. Also, under-staffed at times, and it was easy to get behind. Had to work through breaks, lunches, after shift ended.

      Pros

      Advancing in the move in banking. There is an old way of banking, which is provided. But the new way is coming soon be ready for it. Because Cap1 is already on it. So I'm happy to be apart of the journey. Having the bank invested in my own interests is a good feeling even if its not benefiting them.

      Cons

      Incentive plan keeps changing. But for who's benefit? Not mines. Especially when you're not the one making the big dollars.
