Pros
Capital Business Systems started small back in the 1980's and has slowly grown to a market leader in the states it does business in. Capital has always been very supportive of my education, at work and after hours, and recognizes the needs to stay current in a market that is continually changing and growing. Anyone who can simply follow traditional values such as putting in a full day and following guidelines has a very promising future with them. In all the time I have been with Capital, never was I not offered an increase in my wages. Thanks mostly to my efforts in continuing my knowledge and their ability to recognize that and its' value.
Cons
Capital Business Systems utilizes many tools to monitor job performance which can be good or bad depending on ones intentions of their position. Someone who wants to do half of the job for all of the pay will probably have a very hard time making it here or in this industry.
