      Gracious PTO, starting salary is decent.

      Cons

      Poorly trained. First day you are thrown into the company and you have to find where you are going, as well as your manager. I had no clear path as to what I would be doing for the company. Since then, I have been on my own with barely any work given to me. TECH ISSUES ARE INSANE. I have been working for the company for 6 months, and every week I am calling their IT department about account issues that have not been resolved. Management and HR has not helped me advance in my career. Overall, not fair to myself or Capital Blue Cross.

      Our team is operating with significantly fewer staff than our workload requires, and while we are committed to delivering high-quality work, the current pace and volume are not sustainable long term. To maintain the level of excellence expected of us—and to prevent burnout that could compromise both productivity and staff well-being—we need additional personnel support. Expanding our team will ensure continuity, improve capacity, and allow us to meet organizational goals without compromising the health and effectiveness of the people doing the work.
