      Great pay, excellent benefits, Amazing hours and overall great company to work for.

      Cons

      The administration is super messy write you up for the smallest thing. Nit pick with operators when they are the ones who keep the company going. Has absolutely no respect for the drivers at all. The operation managers are horrible and love to pencil whip the drivers and give out bogus suspensions.

      I am a people's person and I care about other people's needs and I loved what I did and my customers loved me.

      Cons

      Like any place else you always have that one person that don't want you to get ahead and will stop you by any means necessary with lies.
