The diversity of experiences one can have is remarkable. One can be in a metal bender in the morning and an IP shop in the afternoon and then in a board meeting that evening. Very fast paced and exciting.

The work week is not five days. If you are a nine to fiver, you will not enjoy your experience. You are expected to be responsive (within reason) seven days a week.
Ian was great to his interns. He was always patient to answer all the questions I have and even held a seminar when most of the interns were interested.
