Pros

If I sat here and listed the pros, you would need a cup of coffee and about 24 hours of spare time to read through. Just to list a few; Health, life, vision, dental, insurance (ready for this) FREE! That's right, take a moment to absorb that.. A company which continues to grow basically every minute of the day, values their employees so much, they fully cover their insurance! Imagine feeling like an actual human being at work, not just a number on a sheet of paper, Capilano has been and will always be a family oriented company. Not a single day passes that I feel like an "employee", but a member of a growing family. Heading toward my 7th year with Capilano, and I plan on continuing until the very end!

Cons

Honestly, what job doesn't come with its days of stress, it's the nature of the beast. However, support is there for you every step of the way. Cons? The only con I can possibly think of is that the company doesn't offer daily free trips to Disney Land.. Then again, I don't think anyone does.. . Aside from that, no cons!

Pros

Good group of people to work with, always supportive.

Cons

Staffing was an issue, but what company doesn't suffer from this.

Pros

Having a Regional Manager who is consistently engaged, supportive, and genuinely invested in the success of the team. Her involvement provided guidance, accountability, and a sense of stability that allowed staff to feel valued and supported in their roles.

Cons

Be cautious of leadership figures such as David Chase and Rudy Camacho III. While they may present themselves as supportive, their actions show little regard for employee well-being, defaulting to the protection of “at-will” employment. Communication, clarification, and even corporate-authorized actions were mischaracterized as pushback or culture conflict, ultimately used as grounds for termination without fair opportunity to resolve concerns.
