      Pros

      nice, motivated smart people. Company events are cool, nice food. Everyone is open to chat and loves continous learning. Company also encourages continous learning and developing oneself. ALso pivoting within your domain and trying out new things in different projects is common.

      Cons

      Office in Munich is quite far out. Sometimes due to client work a bit stressful and people then not have much time to chat.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Cons

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
