Pros
Work life balance - the only thing I can think of. Suitable for those looking to chillax and pass some time.
Cons
Backended work ; mostly google search day in day out; no sector focus; no meritocracy; too much of show off and showing up of things; managers have too many airs about them; some of the managers themselves lack common sense and can't understand the requirements. Also a word of caution - the profile is normally sold as "consulting" - many get tempted to join because of this rosy word; however, it is far from any sort of consulting; it is pure research for onshore consultants - very few databases available and mostly google based presentations made
