      Lot of free time since you r on bench

      Cons

      If you are a fresher pls do not join this company as they will put you on bench for more than a year , give you all sorts of training but will not put you in project... Quiet depressing

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Cons

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
