      Bench, No HR Policies, Support work or No work,Good Colleagues.

      Cons

      Manager is every thing :-), Where is HR or RMZ ? Every thing is virtual celebration, training and all what you could imagine. You do not know whats coming next to you really, work or appraisal.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Cons

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
