      Very much KPI driven; recently French management focuses very much on digital transformation, established services seem to get less management attention

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
