      - Gebrek aan visie, organisatie vol met ja-knikkers. En een beetje toxicity. - Projecten worden bezet met wie beschikbaar is, Kennis of expertise doet er niet toe. Genante vertoning bij klanten - Je zou verwachten dat een consultancy gebaat is bij de ontwikkeling van z'n mensen, maar niet hier. Nergens is budget voor. - Afspraken worden structureel niet nagekomen. - Salaris is belabberd.
