      Pros

      Its better place to learn politics and buttering to managers along with escalations.

      Cons

      They are taking people as back door entry and paying very less. Even they are putting employee and pay very less salary. After a time they decide to take guy or not. In case they finalized with very less salary with some bond time period. After completing such years about three-four, guy will be having awesome package approx 3.0 to 3.35 Lac only.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
