      1. Excellent training for freshers. 2. If lucky you might end up in some great projects. 3. Onsite opportunities.

      1. Politics 2. For some projects work life balance is very disturbed. 3. Technical leaders don't have the same quality as it was before. 4. Management is only worried about their release and don't think of engineers.
