      Employee friendly Flexible timings come at 9 leave at 5 Cab facility Cafeteria and new Aricent building

      Cons

      Flexible timings: Some people come at 12 and stay late and we also have to stay with them as we are in same team and need to coordinate Fresher's Package need to be revised its the same from many years Less competency development

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
