      Pros

      The training period of 3 months will make you learn good things. and even roam north India (if you are from south). Even on bench you will get good growth and knowledge by POCs. Good work culture and awesome teams.

      Cons

      Too much people in bench and still hire fresh. people even work in nights to meet target and some even in weekends.
