Good company to work for - Senior Software Engineer Capgemini Engineering Employee Review

- Below average payment - Management somewhat distant - A lots of subcontractors (Capgemini owns various company) which gets confusing some times (I have 4 emails accounts, teams accounts - it's a lot to catch up on daily work) - A lot of departments that gives you conflict information - like should I consider the Christmas's eve as vacation (discount on my vacation days) or as a benefit that adds to my vacations days. No ones til today gives me a final answer.
