      No Pros at all which can be highlisted.

      Cons

      They waste other's time by taking meaningless interviews then send selection mail and after that no response or reply .I have the proof. They are playing with candidates future and career. No professionalism at all. Waste of time and effort. Avoid joining such organizations.
