      * Good salary hikes compared to other IT service companies. * Good recognition for hard work * Flexible working hours and free drop services. * moderate onsite opportunities

      Cons

      * Even though there are lot of COE and POC activities with the latest technologies they are not money driven. Many projects are maintenance projects that drive money to the company. So there is one backstep for tech savvy guys.
