Pros
Flexible timings, good work-life balance, exit formalities are completed very quickly and nicely. First project that I did here was good (including the management).
Cons
The managers are not good at all. They pressurize for work which is of bad quality and is repetitive. I felt targeted, humiliated and pointed by managers. The projects are mostly at maintenance stage and require very less work which is shown as very big and complicated and also 10 unnecessary activities are clubbed with actual work to help employees kill their time. Favoritism and grouping rules here. HR does not exist here.
