      Good balance work/private life

      Cons

      Nobody will ever tell you "good job". For your manager you always do half of what you should. Ridiculous salary increase even after promotion. Huge resources' turnover. People stay in the company no longer than 2 years in average.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
