      Flexible Timing. The work should be done. No worries for office hours. The management listens to you. Good and familiar work environment

      Cons

      Since time is flexible, you need to do stay backs for critical issues or in some project needs to work night shifts. Salary is not attractive

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
