      Pros

      learning and experiance get parallely, standard compensation for fresher. And last but not the least , Nalanda trainning center of Aricent is best other co. training center.

      Cons

      have some branches of Aricent in India. so many fresher can't get job in Aricent who really want to learn something in the selfish world.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
