Same happened with many of my colleagues. -- No attention is paid to the interest or past experience of the new hires. -- If you are hired as an associate network engineer, there is a bond of 2 yrs. -- Only night shifts for TAC employees. --Nothing related to new upcoming technologies like virtualization/cloud -- Everything is a part of your CTC, even your phone bills. Nothing over and above it. -- Lots of holidays, but most of them will go waste as the managers don't allow you to take them due to work pressure. -- In case you want holidays, please apply them 3 months in advance.
