no team activities,no reward or recognition.Manager shows no concern on employees. Very high attrition rate.Noone bothers about talented people

Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
