Pros

1. You will learn latest technologies if you are willing to learn and show some interest 2. Flexible timings 3. Few managers are very good and extremely understanding, friendly 4. Security Team is very dynamic and fast growing - Best place to learn cyber security 5. Some extremely good leaders who will help you out to exceed and grow in career

Cons

1. No Work from Home option 2. Laptop won't be provided 3. Lot of issue and burden of Charge code (Billability) from the employee's head 4. No cab facility (8 PM shuttle - which is of no use unless you have the billability which managers usually doesn't recommend to use) 5. No access to Youtube or educational sites 6. Lack of support to install new software (Takes ages to open ports, open Internet, IT support and permissions)

Pros

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Cons

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
