Pros
It's a Multinational company focused on technology and innovation. There is a good working evironment, with some very competent technicians. It grows approximately a 10% per year. It is a good place to learn about a lot of different companies, client's needs and technologies
Cons
Although it is a technological and innovative consulting company, there is a poor specialization or expertise in many specific technologies, It's a generalist consultancy and most of the projects are being undertaken under time and materials in the client's offices, or in the own offices but following the task asignation of the client. There is not a significant own know-how, so that when participating in big RFP's, it shows up this low technical capacity
