Pros
- life-work balance (they don't control the time you work and leave you can smoothly compensate for days.
Cons
- They have a preference for not pay extra hours. Instead of that they give you free days. - Management layer mind is square. They are obsessed with you are a resource, like a printer or a computer. So you have 40 hours in a week and you have to "print" 40 hours (the more is better). - They can put you to work in 2 projects (and I see people in 3 or more) and expect you have the same performance as you are working in only 1. - Are cost driven rather than quality driven. - Short-term planning - They haven't real trust in their employees. - For they, if you have a light notion about something, they can "sell you" as an expert to a client about that something.
