      None, really. Perhaps few nice colleagues lost in this sea of sameness.

      Cons

      Extremely profit oriented, firing consultant from one day to the other with no further notice or care. Clients are not informed accordingly and there is a lack of transparency in all communication. Highly stressful environment.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
