Pros
Decent compensation. Pockets of really smart people and culture. My direct team was pretty great and got along really well.
Cons
Very WITCH like culture. (All about cost reduction, heavy offshoring) No incentive to grow people Trying to enforce RTO for Levels E and above, and therefore other employees. It felt that my management had really very little options in terms of what they could do and most decisions were made at the Global HQ level.
