      The President was one of the best leaders ever. Richard Wheeler!!

      The only downfall was that I had to leave due to getting married and moving out of state.

      9/80 work schedule. Nice work life balance

      Cons

      Benefits are poor. Owned by private equity who is just looking to flip the company for a quick profit which is what they are obligated to do for the shareholders. Business will be sold withing 5 years.

      9/80 schedule - is a great benefit! Longtime senior managers very collaborative, great to work with.

      Cons

      Salaries, below to mid market. Expect to get conflicting communications on a regular basis, so you never know what direction you should follow.
