      Manager sits in office usually when there and does not bother any one. Great customers. Decent product.

      Cons

      Manager shames employees and tries to lay guilt trips when sales are down. Low paying. Shark infested sales floor.

      Pros

      Decent pay for a job that requires little to no experience - anyone can do this, great for a student.

      Cons

      Carpets seem nice enough at first, but after hauling them all day, you start to realize that the dust is a problem. They attract dust. Your lungs will fill with dust and your arms will be scratched raw from grabbing the rough undersides of carpets and rugs while hauling them. There is nothing you can really do about this. All manual labor jobs have a physical toll, this one has dust.
