Managers are underskilled and most of them joined the company back when nobody knew about it. As the company grew, so did their paychecks, but not their skillset. Full of hierarchy, Everybody just trying to prove good to their boss. So they will kill you by giving unrealistic time and works They don't stick to their words. Work life balance is worst in some teams under some managers Completely top-down approach and no new ideas are encouraged. Micromanagement is also at its worst there. Managers who don't know a thing about marketing enjoy harassing their subordinates Managers won't consider employees and your work won't be recognized at any point and you won't be treated good and motivated even if you contribute a lot. Their company Culture sucks. Leads are instructed not to guide their team, but to rule their teams. No salary hike for those who really deserve. Salary increment is purely based on how you licks your manager shoe. Does not have any management skill.
