Flexibility and Independence - Financial Advisor Cape Securities Employee Review

Cape is a good place to build a financial services business and they have good back office support.

Not a lot of cons.

Excellent pay out, great back office staff, management is very easy to work with, no monthly quota to meet, company is expanding and has an excellent future ahead of them. You decide your future with them. They expect only two things...''honesty and clean work". Cape cares about their clients... others firms I worked for only wanted money and didn't care how you achieved it.

I worked for 4 firms in 27 years (17 years with Cape)...I can't think of any issues with Cape Securities except a few growing pains which is expected.
