Great co-workers. The headquarters will be nice.
Cons
Extreme micro-managing. They tell you a lot of great things to get you to join, and then you realize it's all lies. Management and Executive need to change. HR didn't even respond to an inquiry about my position before I left. No respect. The office had almost completely turned over the year before I joined. I'm sure it will happen again.
