Pros

The company used to be great and caring. The only pro that exists anymore is the flight benefits

Cons

Where to begin. The company has gone downhill so quickly. When I started, it was a company that genuinely cared about the employees - there were people who checked in to make sure you were okay, there was lots of support for training, etc. Around Covid, it all went downhill. Management level are very full of themselves and genuinely don't care about the people that work for them anymore. Especially the contact center treats their employees like they're disposable, They're cruel and heartless, but sit and wonder why the turnover rate is so high. I was asked multiple times in the time that I worked why the turnover rate was so great - despite giving concrete reasons with examples, they continued to turn a blind eye. They didn't care about fixing the problems, since they aren't the ones taking the daily abuse from the customers. I highly recommend staying away at all costs.

Pros

Great Co-Workers. Customers are usually regulars so normally understanding of flight delays and cancellations, so less chance of getting yelled at. Good stepping stone for future airline opportunities.

Cons

Management likes to boss you around. Blames employees for mistakes out of their control to please corporate. Pay and benefits are very subpar. If you're a new employee they give you the days and times no one wants to work, and you can't fight it.
