Even if you are a focused and dedicated worker it won't make a difference most days because the machinery in the manufacturing process is not reliable. Constant rework on product is required, and most days it can feel like very little was achieved. Management it also extremely prone to coming down on others for issues on the manufacturing line which they themselves don't take the time to address. False back dating on batches and testing is also a regular occurrence.
